Danielle Rodriguez joined Trace3 in September 2011 as its first Human Resources Manager. Today, she is responsible for all human resources functions at Trace3, as well as having oversight of talent acquisition, organizational development, and organizational health. As the VP of People and Organizational Health, Danielle is helping to accelerate Trace3’s transformation through leadership and building a culture of engagement to ensure that Trace3 is a top workplace.
Danielle’s 20 years in Human Resources includes experience in the corporate sector as well as consulting. Prior to Trace3, Danielle was with an HR consulting firm. There, Danielle served as a HR Expert and strategic business partner to client businesses by providing HR expertise to help achieve strategic business goals and objectives. Clients ranged from established multi-million dollar medical device distributors, start-up firms, service, and telecommunications organizations throughout Northern and Southern California.
Danielle has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Chapman University. Danielle enjoys her equally important role as a mother and wife, residing with her family in Ladera Ranch, California. Danielle has a love for running, pilates, and HIIT training.
